Do I have to make the qualifying purchases at the same practice where I applied?
No. Any purchases with your new CareCredit credit card that add up to $300 or more will be applied toward qualifying for this offer.
Does the transaction need to be one purchase of $300 or more or can I make multiple transactions that equal $300 or more?
Either way is fine. As long as your purchases total $300 or more during the offer period, they will qualify.
