How to Enter:
Eligible participants must do all three of the following actions to enter into the giveaway.

Please visit this page for easy access links and instructions. Each eligible participant who has completed the three actions will receive one entry into the giveaway. Participants who have previously completed all three actions are automatically entered into the giveaway.
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Employees of the business, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway period begins on March 1, 2023, and ends on April 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. The winner will be selected on May 1, 2023 and announced shortly thereafter.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $200 gift certificate to be used towards the purchase of glasses or contact lenses. The prize is non-transferable, not valid for professional services, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants on May 1, 2023, and will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond to the notification email. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, another winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants the company the right to use and publish the winner's first name, likeness, and entry for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without any further compensation.
General Conditions: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the company, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical problems compromise the integrity of the giveaway as determined by the company in its sole discretion. The company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, human errors, or problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the giveaway.
